Introduce
Wire thread inserts are made of high-hardness, corrosion-resistant wire with a diamond-shaped cross section. It is a spring-like concentric body with internal and external threads. The cross-sectional shape of a standard internal thread used to fasten parts is a combination of two types of internal and external threads. Wire thread inserts are divided into two types: ordinary type and locking type, with or without breaking groove and with breaking groove respectively.
Wire Thread Inserts are made of cold rolled 18-8 grade Stainless Steel to AS7245 , MIL-I-8846 & DTD734 specifications. This wire is cold rolled to a diamond cross section producing an ultimate tensile strength of approximately 1375-1725 MPa, mirror like surface finish of 2-4 Microns and flank hardness of RC 43-50 which is far in excess of the usual tapped materials and best suited for most of the industrial needs.
Product advantages

3. Easy to maintain. Put the damaged screw hole into the wire thread sleeve, and continue to use it after repairing to avoid the possibility of damaging the workpiece.
4. Anti-loose. It is especially suitable for occasions where aeronautics and other products have high requirements on safety factor.
5. Wear resistance. For frequently disassembled parts, the service life of the thread can be greatly improved.
